"I am writing this letter to commend your Featherlite distributor in Ohio, Custom Cabs & Trailers...Shortly after we received our new trailer, we noticed that the slide-out unit was not positioned evenly...Their initial response was that the trailer would have to be sent back to the factory...for approximately 6-8 weeks.  We are very particular people and did not want the trailer traveling and sitting outside in the winter weather...since we keep it inside at all times when not actually using it...we received a call...informing us that they would try to repair the slide-out unit at their facility, and store it inside until the repair work was completed.  I was thrilled...Just recently we had a gas leak on our cooktop stove.  We called...Their response was "When is it convenient for you to bring it in?"  We requested 3 days...response was "We'll see you in 3 days."  ...They even provided us a vehicle to use to get some lunch while the repair was being done...lucky to have found a dealer such as Custom Cabs & Trailers."
